Directions:

Download the appropriate writable Pdf document for your paver: Small, Medium, Large. This form will assit you in selecting your text as it will limit the amount of character you may enter.

Please complety fill out all the required information.

Please enter your text in the fields as you wish it to appear on your paver.

Save your *PDF file and rename the document using your last name, your first name and paver size. For example Smith, John - Small Paver

Each paver requires a new form submission.

Payment Instructions

Please note the amount in the "total" box to your right. Click on "Pay Now Using Parish Giving" to your right. A new tab will open to our SECURE payment company -- Parish Giving.org.

Please choose from the three payment selections on the main page. (Picture 1 on your right)

As you proceed, be sure you select Sacred Hearts St. Stephen, Brooklyn as the parish for your paver donation. This may be done by entering the zip code "11231". (Picture 2 on your right)

Select "Paver Donation." Enter your total paver amount in the amount field or select an amount from the menu. Make any notations or clarifications in the memo box. (Picture 3 on your right)

Follow the remaining instructions on the Parish Giving website.You will receive a confirmation email for your order from ParishGiving. Don't forget to email your paver text to info@SacredHearts-StStephen.com
